Empowering the next generation with the skills and knowledge they need to be stronger pillars of society, is very much in line with the mission of the Badara Kafaru Foundation and is part of what the Afolake Legacy Project plans to achieve.

The Badara Kafaru Foundation hosted a Kids Empowerment Workshop Programme where we invited kids to a confidence building and leadership masterclass aimed at helping these children build confidence and self-belief. In line with the theme of the event, we enjoined them to show up in their native attires which they all did, as they dazzled in their respective garbs on the day. They learnt valuable lessons around leadership, confidence, public speaking, relationship management and more. They also participated in a variety of interesting activities and games, and were provided with learning materials, books and refreshments.
